When will my gardening supplies arrive?

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy on live plants?

We guarantee our plants to arrive healthy. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the freshness of our products and compliance with agricultural regulations.

Are your seeds and fertilizers organic?
